a. PU Thinner, as per MIL-T-81772 Type-I, is a polyurethane thinner. It is used to thin down or reduce the polyurethane topcoat's viscosity, including MIL-C-4168, MIL-PRF-85285.
b. Epoxy Thinner MIL-T-81772 Type – II is an epoxy thinner; it is used to thin down or reduce the viscosity of the epoxy primer MIL-DTL-53022 & MIL-PRF-23377 and MIL-PRF-22750 topcoat.
